Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at xinzhanghu152@outlook.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our address provided in your order confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
